Job summary

Renewal Rehab in West Bloomfield Township, MI is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. The role offers hourly compensation of $36.00–$43.00 with strong professional support and clinical education resources.

Qualifications

• Licensed and/or registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) eligible to practice in Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations based on physician orders.
• Document findings timely on approved evaluation forms.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans with goals, frequency, duration, and modalities.
• Obtain MD orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Deliver treatment utilizing appropriate modalities and adjust as needed while following precautions.

What You'll Do:

• Provide a comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation based on MD orders.
• Document findings on the standardized evaluation form timely, accurately and adhering to all guidelines.
• Provide a comprehensive treatment plan including long and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients utilizing modalities and modify patient treatment as indicated while adhering to precautions.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S.,MA, or M.S. or Doctorate in Occupational Therapythat the AOTA recognizes.
• Recognized by the NBCOT as a designated OTR (if state mandated)
• OT holds a current license and/or registration as an Occupational Therapist in-state as applicable.
