Renewal Rehab is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist for a skilled nursing facility in Illinois. Compensation offered is $36.00–$43.00 per hour. Licensed OT in the state is required to apply.

You will evaluate patients, develop personalized care plans, collaborate with the care team, and maintain regulatory documentation to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Formación

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR, if required by state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Create and implement personalized care plans
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meetall regulatory requirements
