Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility team. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with staff to achieve quality outcomes.

The role requires a current OT license in the state, NBCOT certification where required, and strong communication and organizational skills. We offer competitive pay and extensive professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program (BS, MS, MA, or OTD).
• NBCOT certification may be required by the state for OTR.
• Current OT license in the practicing state is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are obtained and up to date.
