Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team in New Castle, NY. You will provide assessments, plan treatments, and deliver therapeutic interventions to enhance patients’ functional abilities.

You’ll educate patients and families on daily living strategies, document progress, and adapt plans as needed while collaborating with a wide care team to ensure holistic patient care. Travel is minimal as required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• State OT licensure or registration required.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position's qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.

Education: Master DegreeExperience: 0-1 years

Licenses and Certifications:

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration
• Current valid CPR certification, preferred

Travel: Yes. Minimally, as required (Typically less than 10%)
