Job summary

Signature HealthCARE in Rogersville, TN, is recruiting an Occupational Therapist to join our rehab team at a 150-bed facility. You will work on short-term rehabilitation and long-term care programs, delivering patient-centered therapy and helping residents regain independence.

You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to develop and implement treatment plans and document progress. The role requires a BS in OT, NBCOT certification or eligibility, and an active OT license.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT program with a BS degree.
• Current NBCOT certification or eligible for certification.
• Active OT license in the state where services are rendered.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the clinical team to support residents' recovery.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document progress and ensure timely return to activities.

How You Will Make a Difference

Under Signature Rehab’s integrated care model rehabilitative therapist work closely with other clinical caregivers to ensure residents and patients make a full recovery and a timely return to the activities they enjoy.

What You Need To Make a Difference

• Graduate of an accredited program of occupational therapy, culminating in a minimum of a bachelor-of-science degree.
• Current certificate with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy or eligible for certificate as required by state guidelines.
• Valid occupational therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
