Job summary

Signature Rehab is recruiting an Occupational Therapist to join our team at Signature HealthCARE of Parkwood, a 106-bed skilled nursing facility providing rehab and long-term care. You will work within an integrated care model to help residents regain independence and return to meaningful activities.

We seek a licensed OT with BC/BS-style care in a supportive, mission-driven environment that values learning, spirituality, and intrapreneurship.

Qualifications

• Accredited OT program completion required.
• NBCOT certification or eligibility as per state guidelines.
• Active OT license in the state where services are rendered.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatments to residents.
• Collaborate with the care team to support functional recovery and independence.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy

NBCOT certification or eligible

Valid OT license in the state served

We are recruiting for an Occupational Therapist to join our team.

How You Will Make a Difference

Under Signature Rehab’s integrated care model rehabilitative therapist work closely with other clinical caregivers to ensure residents and patients make a full recovery and a timely return to the activities they enjoy.

What You Need To Make a Difference

• Graduate of an accredited program of occupational therapy, culminating in a minimum of a bachelor-of-science degree.
• Current certificate with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy or eligible for certificate as required by state guidelines.
• Valid occupational therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
