Children’s Specialized ABA in Princeton, NJ, seeks a Part-time Occupational Therapist to evaluate, plan, and deliver evidence‑based OT services within an interdisciplinary ABA team. You will assess motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities to improve independence and quality of life for children with autism.

Part-time
The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for evaluating, planning, and delivering evidence-based occupational therapy services to support clients’ functional independence, participation, and quality of life. Working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary ABA team, the OT conducts comprehensive assessments, develops individualized treatment plans, and implements therapeutic interventions targeting motor skills, sensory processing, self-help skills, and adaptive functioning.
The OT plays a key role in aligning occupational therapy goals with behavior analytic treatment plans while providing education, training, and support to families and staff to ensure consistency and carryover across environments.
This is an in-person role based out of our Princeton, NJ EI center! Expected caseload between 10-20 hours weekly.
We’re an amazing ABA provider! We take a whole-child, whole-caregiver approach. Our integrated model combines ABA therapy with speech, occupational therapy, and behavioral health support. You’ll be part of a deeply collaborative, mission-driven team.
The expected salary range for this role is $75.00 - $85.00 per hour.
Final compensation will be based on a range of factors, such as your skills, education, experience, certifications, market conditions, and internal equity. All offers are made in alignment with applicable federal and state laws.
