About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist (OT) at West Park, you'll work with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans of care for our residents. You'll assess and treat residents with a wide range of conditions, from injury and illness to cognitive and physical impairments. Your expertise in occupational therapy will enable you to help our residents regain independence, build confidence, and improve overall quality of life. This is a full-time position with a mix of inpatient and outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote independence, prevent disability, and improve overall well-being
• Provide occupational therapy interventions, including exercises, activities, and programs designed to meet residents' unique needs
