Job summary

Creative Health Solutions is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our Parker City team on a PRN basis. You will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and administer therapy programs for patients’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

The ideal candidate holds a valid State OT license in Indiana, can create personalized treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients and families on procedures.

Qualifications

• Active State OT license in Indiana.
• Excellent patient care and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and implement therapy plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer therapy programs aimed at improving patients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
• Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to create personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare professionals regarding treatment plans and patient outcomes.
• Continuously educate patients and their families on therapeutic procedures and techniques.
• Stay up to date with the latest therapy techniques and methodologies.
