Job summary

Frontline Personnel is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) in New York to join our team. You will work in a Long-Term Care rehab and Skilled Nursing Facility, helping elderly patients achieve greater independence and quality of life.

We offer true job flexibility, a variety of shifts, and meaningful work that makes a real difference in patient wellbeing. Prior experience is preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• A current State OT license is REQUIRED.
• Experience is preferred, however new grads are accepted.

Occupational Therapist(OT) Qualification:

• A Current Occupational Therapist(OT) license by the State is REQUIRED.
• Experience is preferred, however we are accepting new grads.

Occupational Therapist (OT) Responsibilities:

As anOccupational Therapist (OT)at Frontline Personnel, you will perform a variety of tasks in a Long-Term Care rehab, Skilled Nursing Facility for elderly patients, including:

• Use purposeful activities or interventions to maximize independence and maintain health in individuals with limitations due to:
  • Physical injury or illness
  • Cognitive impairment
  • Psychosocial dysfunction
  • Mental illness
  • Developmental or learning disability
  • Adverse environmental conditions
• Conduct skilled observation and administer or interpret standardized and non-standardized tests to identify areas needing occupational therapy services.
