• Conduct assessments to identify strengths, weaknesses, and functional goals.
• Develop and implement tailored interventions to improve cognitive, physical, and environmental functioning.
• Collaborate with other health professionals on patient-centered treatment plans.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on OT techniques to promote independence and safety.
• Document progress and outcomes per regulatory guidelines and center policies.

• Develop and implement tailored interventions to improve patients' cognitive, physical, and environmental functioning

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and development of patient-centered treatment plans

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on occupational therapy techniques and strategies to promote independence and safety

• Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory guidelines and center policies

Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
