Job summary

Trilogy Health Services seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver comprehensive OT services including assessment, treatment planning, and interventions. You will educate patients and families, document progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient independence.

Position requires a Master’s Degree in OT, current licensure, and travel as needed (typically <10%). Week-to-week duties include planning and adapting therapy plans, with a focus on quality patient care.

Qualifications

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.

• Implements therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educates patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Documents patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education: Master DegreeExperience: 0-1 years

Licenses and Certifications:

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration
• Current valid CPR certification, preferred

Travel: Yes. Minimally, as required (Typically less than 10%)
