Job summary

Post Rehab is looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join the rehabilitation team at Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center in North Andover, MA. In this full-time position, you'll work with residents in both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care to improve their daily living skills.

Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center, North Andover, MA, $45–$48/hour

Post Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team. This position offers the opportunity to work with residents in both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care, helping them improve independence and participation in daily activities.

Position Responsibilities

• Complete occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide treatment focused on activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity function, balance, coordination, cognition, and safety awareness
• Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications to support resident independence
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy staff, physicians, and families to coordinate resident care
• Monitor progress, update treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation
