Signature HealthCARE of Glasgow Rehab & Wellness Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team. PRN/Part-time hours available as part of our integrated care approach, dedicated to helping residents regain independence and quality of life.

The role emphasizes collaboration with medical and therapy staff to deliver person-centered rehabilitation within our signature care model, with opportunities for professional growth and meaningful patient impact.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited program of occupational therapy, culminating in a minimum of a bachelor-of-science degree.
• Current certificate with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy or eligible for certificate as required by state guidelines.
• Valid occupational therapy license in the state where services are rendered.

Responsabilidades

• Under Signature Rehab’s integrated care model rehabilitative therapists work closely with other clinicians to ensure residents make a full recovery and return to daily activities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document progress, monitor outcomes, and adjust therapy plans to maximize function and independence.
