Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in Prophetstown, IL. You will provide OT services in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting, focusing on functional independence and quality of life.

Must hold a current OT license in IL and graduate from an AOTA-accredited program; NBCOT certification may be required by the state. We offer competitive pay and a collaborative environment with strong professional development.
