Renewal Rehab is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our Oak Lawn team. You will evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role requires a current OT license in Illinois, NBCOT certification if required by state, and a commitment to ongoing professional growth within a supportive, mentorship-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

What You'll Do:

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments

• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date

Qualifications:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program
• Certified by the NBCOT as an OTR, if required by the state
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
• Strong communication and organizational skills
