Job summary

Zaddy Solutions in Ohio is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team. The role involves working across inpatient and pediatric settings, with a 50/50 split and a Monday–Friday schedule (40 hrs). A $20,000 sign-on bonus is offered with a 2-year contract.

You will evaluate patients across the age spectrum, develop evidence-based plans, and supervise OT students and COTAs while ensuring compliance with standards of practice and payer regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from ACOTE-accredited program.
• Current, active Ohio OT license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Strong working knowledge of OT practices across inpatient and pediatric settings.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and multitasking skills.
• Commitment to patient safety and professional standards of practice.
• Ability to work variable days and hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care.
• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy to help patients achieve maximum functional outcomes.
• Provide care across the full age spectrum — neonate through geriatric.
• Treat orthopedic and neurological conditions in both inpatient and pediatric settings (50/50 split).
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and OT students.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with standards of practice, payer regulations, and facility policies.
• Apply critical thinking to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.
• Maintain professional, courteous communication and customer service.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare team members and departments.
• Support daily operations and data collection within the medical fitness center.
