Qualifications

• ActiveState of Michigan Occupational Therapist License(required)
• Passing score on theNBCOT Exam(required)
• Senior OT Requirements (one of the following):
  • 4+ years of OT experience
  • Lead or charge OT experience
  • Prior experience within a specialty department (e.g., spinal cord, neuro, trauma, pediatrics, ortho, acute care, pelvic floor, etc.)
