Job summary

Access Home Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist for PRN positions in Daytona Beach and Ormond Beach. You’ll manage one-on-one in patients’ homes, build meaningful relationships, and set your own schedule with support from an experienced leadership team.

Responsibilities include evaluations, treatment planning, ADL training, home safety modifications, caregiver education, and WellSky documentation. Florida OT license and CPR required; benefits include medical, PTO and retirement options.

• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly.

Compensation Structure

• Salary Range: $80,000-$120,000
• Evaluation / Re-Evaluation / Recertification: 1.5 Units
• Routine Visit: 1.0 Unit
• OASIS Discharge: $65
