Reporting Structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop personalized recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy services to patients in a facility setting.
• Collaborate with team members and coordinate referrals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Train patients and caregivers on skills necessary for independence and productivity.
• Adapt care to meet the needs of each individual patient.
