Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
  • State license to practice Occupational Therapy.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments of patients' physical, mental, and developmental abilities.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
  • Implement and monitor treatment plans with progress notes and documentation.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to provide comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional development.
  • Provide education to patients and families about home exercises and activities.
