Job summary

Westview Care Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to design and implement therapy programs that help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life. The role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN options with competitive pay and full benefits.

You will work with a collaborative care team to assess progress, educate patients and families, and adjust plans to meet changing needs while supporting growing clinical skills and career growth.

Qualifications

• Iowa Occupational Therapy license or eligibility to sit for the board exams.
• Experience preferred but the program accepts new graduates.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and direct customized occupational therapy programs.
• Help patients regain strength and independence in daily activities.
• Assess patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and at-home exercises.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure holistic patient care.
