Job summary

Renewal Rehab in Michigan is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our PT Renewal Rehab team. The role offers compensation between $75,000 and $90,000 per year and requires licensure and NBCOT OTR designation where applicable.

As part of Enhance Therapies, you will provide evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver patient-centered care across settings with a focus on growing clinically and professionally.

Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited program (BS/MS/OTD) recognized by AOTA.
• NBCOT designation as OTR (if state mandates).
• Active OT license/registration in-state as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation based on physician orders.
• Document findings on the evaluation form timely and accurately.
• Create a comprehensive treatment plan with goals, frequency, duration, and modalities.
• Obtain MD orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Deliver treatment utilizing modalities and adjust as needed, following safety precautions.

What You'll Do

• Provide a comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation based on MD orders.
• Document findings on the standardized evaluation form timely, accurately and adhering to all guidelines.
• Provide a comprehensive treatment plan including long and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients utilizing modalities and modify patient treatment as indicated while adhering to precautions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S.,MA, or M.S. or Doctorate in Occupational Therapythat the AOTA recognizes.
• Recognized by the NBCOT as a designated OTR (if state mandated)
• OT holds a current license and/or registration as an Occupational Therapist in-state as applicable.
