Job summary

InHome Therapy is hiring full-time and part-time licensed Occupational Therapists to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes around Bartlett, IL. The role offers a flexible schedule, autonomy, and a supportive team.

Responsibilities include delivering in-home OT, evaluating mobility and function, implementing rehab programs, educating families, and maintaining Medicare documentation. Requirements: active OT license, BLS, reliable transportation, and comfort with EMR.

• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $65 - $80 per visit

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full‑time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
