Job summary

Powerback Rehab is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for the Ladera Center in Albuquerque, NM. You will assess patients, create recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy to restore function and independence.

You’ll work closely with a collaborative team in a patient-centered setting. The role offers a competitive hourly wage ($40–$55) with up to $15,000 in bonus eligibility and enhanced pay options in lieu of benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
• Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• The OT must hold a valid and unencumbered OT license as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy.
• Design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance independence.
• Collaborate with the care team and refer for additional services when needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity.
• Contribute to patient-centered care within the Ladera Center team.

Qualifications

• They must have a Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.

Posted Salary Range: USD $40.00 - USD $55.00 /Hr.
