Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to work with children in school-based and pediatric settings. You will deliver direct therapy, perform assessments, and collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.

Qualifications

• Pediatric OT experience required; school-based experience preferred.
• Valid California OT license or eligibility; Master’s or Doctorate in OT.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct therapy and conduct assessments for children in school-based and clinic settings.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and MDT members to support student success.
• Maintain detailed, compliant documentation for assessments and treatment plans.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and continuing education.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to OT fieldwork students as needed.

• Must have pediatric experience;

• Holds (or are eligible for) a valid California OT license Masters Degree or Doctorate

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering Direct therapy conducting assessments for children in school-based and clinic environments
• Collaborating Closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams members to support student success
• Maintaining detailed, compliant documentation for assessments, treatment plans and progress reports
• Engaging in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities
• Providing supervision and mentorship to OT fieldwork students as needed
