Family of Kidz in Orange County, NY is seeking an Occupational Therapist for either Part-Time, Fee-for-Service, or Full-Time Potential employment. Compensation ranges from $84 to $110 per hour, depending on service provided, experience, and licensure.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current New York State Occupational Therapy License.

• Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
• Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations.
• Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators regarding case management.
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate attendance and billing logs.
• Create and maintain schedules with assigned families/school personnel.
• Collect data on each IFSP/IEP goal and report progress quarterly.
• Provide input and attend/teleconference CPSE/CSE meetings and annual reviews.
