Position: Occupational Therapist or Certified Hand Therapist

Location: 5810 E. Sam Houston Parkway North, Suite K

Schedule: Weekdays 7am to 6pm

Compensation: Starting at $70,000, based on experience

Incentives: $20,000 Sign-on Bonus and Unlimited Student Debt Benefit

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist or Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to treat various upper extremity disorders, including tendon injuries, sprains, strains, post-operative fractures, and more. The role requires skill in custom splinting. The Certified Hand Therapist will collaborate with our regional hand therapy coordinator to ensure support for your success.

• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment programs.
• Maintain positive interactions with facilities and clients, fostering relationships.
• Stay current with occupational therapy research and employ evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited occupational or physical therapy program.
• Specialty certification or licensure in hand therapy.
• Current registration and licensure as required.
• Demonstrated marketing experience.
• Experience in custom splinting for orthopedic cases.
• CPR certification.
