Job summary

Southcoast Health System, Inc. seeks an Occupational Therapist for Per Diem coverage in Outpatient Pediatric Rehab at New Bedford, MA. You will perform patient care duties under a Team Leader in Rehabilitation Services.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy, valid MA OT license, CPR, and influenza/COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption. Experience preferred; compensation will reflect experience and the pay rate shown.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current Massachusetts License in Occupational Therapy is required.
• One year of experience is preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Fully vaccinated against influenza and COVID-19 or approved exemption with signed declaration.

Responsibilities

• Provide diversified patient care and related duties within Rehabilitation Services.
• Perform occupational therapy assessments and treatments in outpatient pediatric rehab.

Hours: Per Diem

Shift: Day/Evening shift with Weekend, holiday; Hours TBD

Location: Outpatient Pediatric Rehab – New Bedford, MA

Under direction of individually assigned Team Leader, Rehabilitation Services or designee, perform diversified patient care and related duties within the Rehabilitation Services Department.

Qualifications

• A Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current Massachusetts License in Occupational Therapy is required.
• One (1) year of experience is preferred.
• CPR certification required.

• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.

• Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

Pay Range

USD $55.00 - USD $55.00 /Hr.
