You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to support recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited OT program.
• Master’s degree from an accredited OT program.
• Ph.D. in OT or equivalent education/experience.
• Oregon OT license upon hire.
• BLS certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, considering individual needs.
• Evaluate patients, plan and implement treatment to maximize independence and functional level.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other therapists to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Education

Bachelor's Degree: From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.

Master's Degree: From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.

Ph.D.: From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program or equivalent education/experience.
