Fairview Health Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the NICU OT team at Fairview Southdale Hospital in Edina, MN. The role includes evaluation, planning and providing safe, effective patient care across multiple Fairview hospitals as needed, with a 0.9 FTE schedule and a 7:30am–4:00pm weekday clock plus weekend rotation and one holiday per year.

In this role, your primary site will be Fairview Southdale Hospital in Edina. You'll also have the opportunity to float across the system to each of our other three community hospitals - Fairview Ridges Hospital in Burnsville, Fairview Woodwinds Hospital in Woodbury and Fairview St. John's Hospital in Maplewood, in addition to Fairview Masonic Children's University Hospital in Minneapolis based on patient care needs. In collaboration with patients and families, the occupational therapist is responsible for providing safe and effective delivery of patient care within scope of practice. This includes examination, evaluation, diagnosis, planning, intervention and establishing outcomes.
Fairview Rehabilitation offers a broad range of services that serve patients across 10 acute-care hospitals, 3 post-acute settings and 70 outpatient adult and pediatric therapy clinics. The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.
