FOX Rehabilitation is seeking Occupational Therapists in Philadelphia, PA to join our Emerging Professionals Mentor Program. You’ll begin your career with a dedicated mentor, providing 1:1 care in a setting that emphasizes independence, growth, and patient-centered outcomes.

New graduates will experience a structured, supportive environment with a manageable caseload and opportunities for flexible scheduling and professional development.

Qualifications

• Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in PA.
• Graduate from an accredited PT program.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Exceptional patient service delivery and interpersonal skills.
• Desire to develop professionally in a patient-centered care environment.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, 1:1 therapy sessions with patients.
• Deliver care with patient-centered approach and clinical excellence.
