Fox Rehabilitation is seeking a newly graduated Occupational Therapist for its Emerging Professionals Mentor Program in Greater Easton, MD. You’ll begin your career with strong mentorship, hands-on training, and autonomy to develop into a confident clinician.

Expect to manage 6-8 patients per day with 60-minute sessions, a flexible schedule, and 1:1 mentorship. Full-time roles offer base pay $70k–$105k plus benefits and growth opportunities.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Occupational Therapist in MD.
• Graduate from an accredited OT program
• Current CPR Certification
• Exceptional patient service delivery, outstanding interpersonal skills, and consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence, as well as a desire to develop professionally
• A passion for patient-centered care
• Basic computer literacy

In Maryland, the standard base pay range for a Full‑Time role is $70,000 - $105,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more. Part‑Time and FOX Flex (PRN) will be pro‑rated.
