Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Webster, TX is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to provide patient-centered care in patients' homes and communities.

This PRN position supports treatment for neurological injuries, with evidence-based approaches and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure is required.
• Professional certification/Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is preferred.
• Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders is strongly preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills are required.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including upper extremity function, ADLs/IADLs, visual and perceptual skills, cognitive needs, adaptive equipment needs, and assistive technology needs.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to implement patient-centered home-based plans.
• Deliver services in patients' homes and communities.

We are looking for experienced Occupational Therapists who want to provide patient-centered care in Webster, TX, and surrounding areas - with PRN positions available. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities. Our therapists are creative in their approach and incorporate a variety of activities to ignite interest while addressing functional goals. This evidence-based approach results in durable outcomes.
