Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking an Occupational Therapist for Neuro-focused, PRN opportunities in the Raleigh, NC area. Therapists will provide patient-centered evaluations and treatments in patients' homes and communities, leveraging interdisciplinary teams to create functional, durable outcomes.

A Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy with state licensure is required; a Master's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure.
• Experience working with neurologically related disorders preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with families, professionals, and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat impairments including upper extremity function, ADLs and IADLs.
• Address cognitive needs, visual and perceptual skills.
• Identify adaptive equipment and assistive technology needs.
• Provide patient-centered in-home OT services across Raleigh and surrounding areas.

We are looking for experienced Occupational Therapists who want to provide truly patient-centered care in the Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas - with PRN positions available. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities. Our therapists are creative in their approach and incorporate a variety of activities to ignite interest while addressing functional goals. This evidence-based approach results in durable outcomes.
