Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist for a casual PRN position in Vista, CA. The role involves in-home evaluations and treatments, addressing neurologic disorders with an evidence-based approach.

The team collaborates to create individualized plans and supports patients in their own homes and communities. Required: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure; Master’s degree or professional certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure is required; professional certification/Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is preferred.
• Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders is strongly preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills are required.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must.

We are looking for experienced Occupational Therapists who want to provide truly patient-centered care in Vista, CA and surrounding areas - with PRN positions available. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities. Our therapists are creative in their approach and incorporate a variety of activities to ignite interest while addressing functional goals. This evidence-based approach results in durable outcomes.
