Job summary

PruittHealth in Florida is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Therapy Services team in N.Tampa. You will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver patient-centered care in accordance with our policies.

The role offers competitive compensation up to $130,000 annually, relocation opportunities, annual merit increases, and access to Foundation & University resources. Eligible candidates must graduate ACOTE accredited program and pass NBCOT.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid professional OT license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of ACOTE-accredited program; eligible to take NBCOT exams.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments per the OT care plan.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Follow established policies and procedures within scope of practice.
• Recognize and respond to priorities in patient care with sound judgment.
• Complete orientations, in-services, and trainings as required.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with policy and the individualized occupational therapy care plan
• Complete all documentation and records in a timely and accurate manner
• Follow established policies and procedures as related to the scope of practice
• Recognize and respond to priorities in patient care showing initiative and sound judgment
• Complete all required orientations, in-services, and trainings successfully and in a timely manner
• Performs other related duties as necessary and as directed by supervisor

Qualifications

• Valid professional OT license in the state of practice
• Graduate of ACOTE accredited school and eligible to take or has passed the NBCOT exams (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy). If foreign-trained, must meet the same qualifications as U.S. educational program requirements
