Job summary

The Therapy Collaborative, PLLC in Normal, Illinois invites a dedicated Occupational Therapist to carry their own caseload of children, teens, and adults in a growing specialty practice. You’ll work with experienced clinicians, tackle challenging cases, and have room to build a specialty area.

As a primary therapist, you’ll lead plans of care, write clear documentation, and coach families while collaborating with SLPs for shared patients.

Qualifications

• Illinois OT license (or eligible).
• New grads and experienced OTs welcome.
• Interest in complex or specialty cases.
• Collaborative, patient-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients as their primary therapist.
• Write clear, timely documentation.
• Coach families and caregivers.
• Collaborate with SLPs on shared patients.
• Take part in case consults and program development.
