You will build meaningful resident relationships, applying your clinical skills to enhance physical and psychosocial well-being, while growing professionally in a supportive ASC Therapies and Wellness team.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist license in Indiana.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful relationships by learning residents' and staff's life stories to promote well-being.
