You will work to enhance residents' physical and psychosocial well-being, develop meaningful relationships with residents and the care team, and participate in a 9-month mentorship to grow clinical leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist license in Indiana.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric care and senior care excellence.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values toward residents, families, customers and staff.
