Qualifications

• Strong sense of perspective with ability to defend ideas
• Ability to work under deadline pressure while maintaining quality
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a mid-level capacity
• Comfort collaborating with diverse teams (IV Insertion engineers to Customer Service marketers)

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally sensitive care to a diverse patient population
• Verify blood products at the bedside with a second Occupational Therapist, sign-for-sign, before any transfusion
• Promote a collaborative, respectful, and high-performing clinical culture
• Document skin, falls, and restraint checks on the NJ-mandated interval, every interval
• Provide bedside care that reflects LaunchPad Corp's standards of excellence
• Chart vitals, intake, and response to treatment so the next Occupational Therapist inherits a clean clinical picture
• Manage a contract panel of chronic patients, calling between visits when Catheter Care numbers drift
• Map each patient's pain across the shift and adjust comfort measures before they ask twice
