Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation in Tennessee is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for our in-facility rehab team. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy to help patients regain independence.

You’ll educate patients and caregivers, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to a patient-centered program that restores and enhances function across diverse care settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an OT curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
• Initial registration with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Valid and unencumbered OT license as required by the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy to patients.
• Help patients regain independence through therapeutic interventions.
• Educate patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize care.

Education

Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy (ACOTE accredited)

Initial registration with NBCOT

Licensed to practice occupational therapy (state license)
