Job summary

Synchrony is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide a full range of OT services in an interdisciplinary environment. You will assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to improve daily living activities.

You will educate patients and families, document progress, and collaborate with the care team. Licensure is required; CPR preferred. This role offers weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package in Miamisburg, OH.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience: 0-1 years.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
