Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state where practice is required.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree with substantial experience in occupational therapy.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy.
• Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery.
• Documenting patient progress and communicating effectively with patients and families.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, evidenced-based care.
• Celebrating patient victories along the recovery journey.
