Job summary

The Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital Association in Nebraska is seeking an Occupational Therapist to assess and treat patients requiring development and rehabilitation across mental, emotional, and physical domains. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university is required.
• Minimum six months related experience and/or training preferred.
• Current Nebraska OT license and NBCOT certification or eligibility; BLS certification required.

Job Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist provides the assessment and appropriate treatment for the development and rehabilitation of the mentally, emotionally, and physically impaired patient based on the medical diagnosis and the orders given by the physician that are consistent with accepted occupational therapy standards of practice.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university required.

Experience

• Minimum six months related experience and/or training preferred.

Certifications

• Current occupational therapy license from the State of Nebraska required.
• National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification or eligibility required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
