Qualifications

• Must be in possession of current state license in Occupational Therapy.
• BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients needing occupational therapy.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and create personalized care plans.
• Target and resolve patient concerns while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
