PruittHealth in Lafayette, GA is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to help patients regain independence and daily living skills. This full-time role may consider PRN or part-time, with compensation up to $130,000 annually and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Occupational Therapist license in Georgia.
• NBCOT certification preferred.
• Experience in rehabilitation, SNF, home health, or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' ability to perform activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Develop treatment plans that enhance independence and functional performance.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications.
• Address cognitive, physical, and sensory limitations impacting daily function.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and caregivers on functional strategies for success.
