Lifepoint Rehabilitation, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time role at our Broken Arrow location. The PT will evaluate and treat patients to improve movement, reduce pain, and restore functional independence.

Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, direct patient care, and coordinating with staff; maintaining documentation and equipment, and educating families and nursing staff on follow-through programs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Experience in inpatient rehab preferred.
• Current license to practice occupational therapy.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve movement, reduce pain, and restore independence.
• Provide direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function.
• Communicate progress and coordinate with supervisor and team; assist with scheduling and documentation.
• Document patient care per regulatory and accrediting requirements.
• Instruct patients' families or nursing staff on follow-through programs.
• Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition.
• Adhere to company policies and applicable laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
