The Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana is seeking an Occupational Therapist (Inpatient) - PRN to provide quality rehabilitation services. This role involves administering evaluations, developing treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with medical necessity. The ideal candidate will have an accredited Occupational Therapy degree, state license, and experience in adult rehabilitation.

SUMMARY
The Occupational Therapist (Inpatient) - PRN is responsible for the provision of Occupational Therapy services for an inpatient and/or outpatient population from age 15 and older, including, but not limited to, evaluations, evidence-based intervention, equipment recommendations, and modality application under the referral of a physician or qualified non-physician provider.
