Providence Health & Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide and supervise therapy services in Issaquah and Ballard clinics. This role involves evaluating patients, developing care plans, and reassessing treatment outcomes. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and pay ranging from $48.79 to $75.74 per hour, with additional compensation opportunities. Candidates must have a Washington Occupational Therapist License and related qualifications.
The occupational therapist (OT) delivers and supervises others in the delivery of occupational therapy services. Upon referral, the OT performs evaluations and develops individual plans of care to maximize functional outcomes, implements the plans of care, reassesses treatment results, and actively participates in discharge planning. Services are delivered within the framework of a team approach, including appropriate disciplines, significant others and the patient. Provision of care for pediatric adolescent orthopedic patients may be required. Coverage of both inpatient and outpatient services may be required at the Ballard and Issaquah clinics. These services are delivered in compliance with ethical standards, policies and procedures, national and professional standards, state practice acts, and current accepted state of the art practice.

Pay Range: $48.79 - $75.74 per hour. Additional compensation may be available such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
